Commencing September 2024, The University of Manchester proudly extends scholarship awards to outstanding international students embarking on their postgraduate studies within various disciplines offered by its Faculty of Humanities.

Bicentenary Global Futures Scholarships

In honor of its bicentenary in 2024, Manchester University is delighted to present over 200 scholarships to international students starting their studies in September of that year. The combined worth of these scholarships will exceed £3.5 million and will be available to incoming bachelor’s and master’s students.

British Council scholarships for women in STEM

The University of Manchester is proud to offer five fully-funded scholarships to women from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka completing specific master's courses in STEM. This scholarship programme – supported by the British Council – aims to increase opportunities in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) for girls and women.
